Mortgage Specialists

We are looking for accredited mortgage professionals to join our rapidly expending, energetic team with the potential to develop your career in an established company. If you are self-managing, independent and comfortable earning a commission income, Canada Mortgage Team may be for you.

To be successful within this position, you will ideally possess:

• Previous or Banking Lending experience
• Strong organisational skills
• Display numerical/financial comprehension
• Ability to overcome obstacles and set backs
• A strong service ethic (understand the importance of the customer & have a can do attitude)

Responsibilities in this role will include:

• Answering mortgage and debt consolidation related questions
• Tailoring the right finance solutions and providing approvals for your clients.
• Writing and submissions of deals to lenders.
• Follow up documentation and settlements of transactions.
• Ability to hire support staff as needed.
• Sourcing new business
